Sub-Saharan Africa, usually subject to drought & desertification, is flooded.  In some places just before the annual harvest, which is Not Good.  Often a harvest would be sufficient for people to live on for only part of the year until the next harvest, when/if it came.  This time they'll need food aid, & seeds when the waters ( Read more... )
